World Book Advance on my country Mexico had a wealth of information. The primary source, maps and pictures would be most helpful for people.  I liked the ebook option too.

World Book Discover had translated text for many languages option.  It gives basic information on government with options to use World Book advance for more indepth information. Articles are featured for more information on government too.

World Book Foreign Language Edition Visual dictionary.  This would be great for children to use.
Anyone learning a foreign language would love listening and following along with the yellow highlighting a nice feature.  This is also helpful for people learning english as a second language.  This is a great resource for them.
